Hi everyone. I'm looking for my biological father and the only information I have is his name and it is Ricardo Portillo and he either used to live in Calexico California or Mexicali. My Mom met him in Mexicali at a nightclub called "The Cage" and he has a brother named Charles or Carlos Portillo. If anyone has any information, I would really appreciate it. I've been wondering for the past 30 years of my life and need answers.
