Poschner's from Germany/Austria

My grandfather was John Poschner. He came to Canada in approx 1935 with his brother George. His first wife was Maria Hartig. His second wife was my grandmother Christina Reder. If anyone can give me some direction on where to go with this it would be appreciated.
