I'm interested to see you have these connections. My LORD family was from Berkshire and Oxford, England. My POTTER family [great-grandmother Mary Anne] was from Godstone, Surrey and married George LORD. Their daughter, Mary Anne Elizabeth LORD emigrated to Australia [why? when ?].

We don't know how/where George met Mary - and have only recently found other POTTER family connections and distant cousins in Australia - though currently no trace of Mary Anne Elizabeth and famliy [if any].

My great-grandmother was Mary POTTER from Godstone, Surrey, England.
