I have a digital printout out of a jno poythress, being on a jury sept 14, 1677. and a Capt. Fran. poythress , june 12 1677-this one looks like was a justice

what im looking for is Willingham/Winningham records- a john winningham signed the will of a john polythress in 1724.
this indicates they knew each other.
