My husband's ggg grandmother was Sarah Pringle Gahagan...She and her husband Lawrence Gahagan (Geoghegan) Came to the United States thru Charleston SC...in approximately 1802. We are eager to find any information on her Family....the Pringles. Sarah was Born...April 23 1761 in Maryborough, Queen's co. Ireland. She had a brother named Bob who died in Stradhally in 1818..a sister married to Richard Deverell and another sister married to a Robert Collins. this information came from old letters found in the attic of an old Gahagan house in Madison County NC...United States. She and Lawrence and their children were possibly accompanied by two of her brothers. We are unsure of this.
