I haven't been on the board for awhile but I noticed different dates for death of William Proffitt. William Proffitt died in Dec. 1794 at the age of 57. Whether that is the actual date of William, I could not say. But.....Sarah was a widow by that date per papers received several years ago from a genealogist. Ann
