Ciao,My name is Salvatore Pullano,and I live in Reading,Pa U S A .My father was born in Sersale 31 July,1890. He was the son of Gennaro Pullano (about 1825-1830) and he died (about 1891-1893) and Carmina (Mondelli) andshe died (about 1890-1891) My father (Carmine) was the last born. His father married Carmella Bianchi and they had 15 children,she died and then Gennaro married Carmina Mundelli and they had 6 children.There were six children that came to the U S A to Readig,Pa. and they were Gloria Talarico,Maria Spadafora,Rosaria Torchia,Carmella Capellupo,Vincenzo Pullano and then my father came here in 1911.I have a problem trying to get information on the the older members of that family.I got the birth cirtificate from the Stato Civile (Mr Santino Onofrio) in Sersale for my father but Mr.Santino dosen't have any other records of the family. In talking to a Antonio Gentile here in Reading,Pa. at the doctor's office,of all places, he is from Sersale and he remembers a few Pullano's that lived in Sersale and he remembers a Peter Pullano that died in 1934 and that he was 85 years old,he also remembers Giuseppi and Tommaso and said that they both died in 1935.What I would like to know is if you have any information on this family, that was started by Gennaro Pullano and Carmella Bianchi as well as with Carmina Mondelli,there were 21 children in all and with that many children there has to be a lot of cousins and hopefully some one will be able to shed some light on the my fathers older sisters and his older brothers. Any information that you can give will be greatly appreciated and I send hugs and kisses from someone who would like to know what his Aunts and Uncles names were and who knows maybe I will get to know who some of my cousins are.
