After closely reviewing the document I attached in a previous posting in this thread, I discovered that the document was not the September 14, 1661, Apprenticeship document but the November 1661 Amendment to the Apprenticeship.
Attached below is the September 14, 1661, Apprenticeship document that indicates that Johan[nes] Po[o]tman was about sixteen years of age, etc.
In this document, September 14, 1661, Johannes Pootman's name seems to be written "Johan Potman" by the writer.
Johannes [V?] Pootman however signs his name with his usual middle name or initial or a flourished "s".
