I don't have a last name, but first name was EVA.

Here is what I have on James and her:

James Rufus Putman born December 15, 1895, and died July 17, 1970 in Blountsville, Blount County. He was home in 1920 and married by 1924 to Eva E. She was born August 9, 1903 and died in January 1978 in Blountsville. They were in Gum Springs, Blount County in 1930 and 1940. Children as of 1940 were:
James Ray Putman born July 8, 1925 and died in Blountsville April 27, 1997.
Betty Jean Putman born September 27, 1929 and died April 14, 1974. She married Ray Posey.
William Bruce Putman born December 2, 1933 and died in Blountsville December 13, 2003.
Jeanette Putman born July 3, 1936 and died January 3, 2004.

He is 44 AL AL AL. His wife Eva E. is 36 AL and they have James Ray 14 AL, Bettie Jean 10 AL, William Bruce 6 AL and Jeanette 3 AL. He is James Rufus Putman, a son of James E. Putman and Eliza Ann Rutherford. He was born here December 15, 1895, and will die in a hospital in Birmingham July 17, 1970, and will be buried back here in Blountville. The son James Ray was born July 8, 1925 and will die in Blountville January 5, 2002. The son William Bruce was born December 2, 1933 and will die in Blountsville December 13, 2003. Bettie Jean was born September 27, 1929 and will die in Birmingham April 14, 1974. She married Ray Posey. Jeanette was born July 3, 1936 and will die here January 3, 2004.
