I am trying to trace ancestors of James Pyott (born Aberdeen Scotland 1839). He married Norah Dorothea McGregor in 1862 in Glasgow. They had at least 6 children: John McGregor Pyott (my great great grandfather), Eliza Stewart Pyott, Jessie Law Pyott, Robert Pyott, William Pyott and Alice McKenzie Pyott. Any info. would be much appreciated. Also, does anyone know if the1871 Scottish census is available online?
