Josue Quebedeaux (Toussaint, Charles) was born 13 Dec 1823 (GC Ch.: v.1, p.33) and probably died 4 Nov 1847 (GC Ch.: v. 1, p.74); The death entry reads "Joseph Toussaint (Toussaint)". I haven't identified any additional information (marriage, children) him at this time.

======================================================================

Francois Quebedeaux (Toussaint, Charles) was born 9 Jan 1826 (GC Ch.: v.1, p.49) and died 6 May 1856 (GC Ch.: v. 1, p. 109). I haven't identified any additional information (marriage, children) for him at this time.

======================================================================

Jean Baptiste Quebedeaux (Toussaint, Charles) was born 1 Jun 1827 (GC Ch.: v.1, p.60) and died 28 Sep 1829 (GC Ch.: v.1, p.22, #153).

======================================================================

Emerand Quebedeaux (Toussaint, Charles) was born 1 Jun 1830 (GC Ch.: v.1, p.84) , m. Mary Evelyn Nations abt 1857 in Texas (1860 Census of Gonzales County, TX, Burnham Family Bible). Emerand was listed in census information as "E", "Maro", and "Mero". A transcription in Rootsweb of a Burnham family bible identified him as "Emereaux Quebedeaux" born 1 Jun 1830 in "St Landres Parish, LA". Emerand/Emereaux was the first Quebedeaux to move to Texas, long before other members migrated during the early 1900's. He is probably the "Quebedeaux" (no first name) listed in the "Civil War Soldiers and Sailors System" (United States National Park Service) with Mann's Regiment, Texas Cavalry. At least five, probably six, children were produced from this union:

1) James Walter b. 29 Aug 1859 (Burnham Family Bible), m. 23 Jun 1885 Emma Evelyn Burnham (Burnham Family Bible), d. 4 Jul 1918 (Burnham Family Bible).

2) William b. abt 1860 (1870 Census of Gonzales County, TX), m. abt 1883 Josephine Payne (1900 Census of Midland County, TX), d. before 1900 census.

3) Alice b. 11 Oct 1861, m. 18 Dec 1879 Henry B. Woodley, d. 21 Sep 1943 (Texas Death Index, 1903-2000, ancestry.com).

4) John Emaroh b. 1 Jun 1864, m. 11 Jul 1882 Neddie Jones, d. 28 Jan 1944 (Texas Death Index, 1903-2000, ancestry.com).

5) Stella b. 1868 (1870 Census of Gonzales County, TX), probably died at an early age.
