Yes thats right David with an "E" that was my Italian side as my Grandmother Voilet Bartholomew daughter of Charles and Auxilina (various first names used)Quesnel.
I have copied the complete book of Quesnel and scanned each page in JEPG also printed a copy.
That is "Les Quesnel by Albert Quesnel; Les Quesnel de Fomblanche"
