Can anyone tell me if M. A. Quigley (1844-1898) was a member of Co H, 14th Kansas Cavalry during the Civil War? I have an Anderson Quigley on the Civil War Soldiers and Sailors website, most of the recruits were from NE Kansas, which would include Robinson and Brown County.
