Do you know if Jose was related to a Rosie or Rosa Quintero of Puerto Rico (probably Rio Piedras)? Rosie married Oscar B. Starnes, Jr. (from Virginia) in the mid-1940s. They had a daughter Daller or Dallar, born in 1946±. From what I am told, Oscar left Rose and Daller in Puerto Rico and returned to the states. Oscar is dead and Rosie may also be dead, but Daller should still be living ... somewhere ! She is my cousin and I'm thinking she might want to know something about her Virginia-side Family History.
