Alexander Racy, Racey, Rasey born abt. 1830 in N.Y.

Surnames: Racy, Racey, Rasey, Razey
I am a descendant trying to get back a bit farther in this line. I believe Alexander's father's name was John and his mother was Emeline. The last name is spelled a variety of ways, but seems to often be Rasey during this time period. Any help appreciated.
