I am seeking information on Jacob, who was my GGF. He said to have been born in 1830, in Hesse-Darmstadt, Ger. He , traveling alone arrived in New Orleans May 31, 1847 aboard the ship CONSTANTINE. He went directly to Hamilton County Ohio. In 1852 he married Catharine Vogel. In 1859 they they bought a farm in Dearborn County Indiana, Manchester Township.
