Many, many trees on this site claim this person and have entered a death year of 1827. I find no evidence that supports that data, and, in fact, the so-called 'geneologists' have failed to research far enough to find him still alive in the 1850 census and living with Keziah Shaw Ragan whom he married in 1812 in Davidson co.

Step up and support your claims! Where did you get the 1827 date? How do make ANY claims to descending from him?

Please offer intelligent, helpful information. If you can't, please delete him from your so-called tree and avoid misleading other researchers.
