Ragars in Ohio and Indiana

I have just begun searching my family tree on the Ragar side and have no clue where they came from where the name originates anything. The farthest ancestor I have is Michael Ragar 1823-1913 and his wife? Margaretta 1823-1908, from the family cemetery plot in Ohio. I think I can remember the family speaking of being in Indiana at one time. Does anyone have any info that might aid me in my search? I have found many Ragers but not Ragars. HELP!
