There are Ragars in Missouri because my ex brother in law was one. haha. His name was Jimmy Wayne Ragar born May 30 1951 @ St Joseph MO. and died Sept 18 1998 @ St Joseph Mo. His parents were Gilbert Mather Ragar born June 21 1918 and Barbara May Worthwine b July 7 1923 the couple were married @ California, MO. on Dec 23, 1939 If you need any more information it is located on Ancestry.com as well.
