George Washington Ragon born abt. 1827 in Maryland. George married Mary Ann Sears who was born abt. 1840 in Ohio. Their children were all born in California and include John, William, Edward, George, Marietta and Virla/Vivla?. The children were born in the late 1850's and 1860's. This family lived in the Nevada City area in California.
