The death certificate that we got on my grandmother showed her father as Fred Rasel ( it looked like) and mother as
Sophie Gieseler. One of my cousins finally found a Fredrick Rosel, wife Sophie, daughter Louise and daughter Emmas coming Germany in Jan of 1882. This sounded like a more promising lead so we have kinda gone with it. It just has not helped because both of the children being daughters we cannot find what happened to this family. Another of the many unsolved mysteries in searching for family. And one we may never answer i hate to say. I am sorry wish I would say that I had some info for you. I hope you can find something.
