Seeking info on my Uncle Jack Raleigh.I know of him up to 1901 Census in Bristol,then they moved to Shropshire,Oakengates (Address Cotswold,Stafford Road),and to various address in Wellington,Madeley.He had a part share in Benthalls Pottery,Broseley,and possibly a small brickworks at Blist's Hill,Ironbridge.He was,at different times Mayor elect of Wellington,a magistrate,a baptist preacher,a Mason,and a bankrupt.Possibly imprisoned for dept.Married with a daughter?.Emigrated to Australia about 1950's.First wife died? He married again,dau of a State Governor of Aus ,Surname Raison. Last heard of when he sent a card to someone in Madeley,in 1987,when he was 100.Really grateful for any info at all.
