My greatgrandfather is William Thomas Raley, born a few years after the Civil War. He was born and raised in Boone County, Arkansas, a few miles from the Arkansas/Missouri border. He was a farmer and instrumental in getting the dam at Bull Shoals, a recreation area close to his home at Lead Hill, Arkansas. My greatgrandfather, WT. Raley, had several children: my grandmother, ARgie Raley Pumphrey, Johnie Raley Maddox, Hugh Raley, Thomas Adam(TA) Raley, Katherine Raley Adams, and Lucille Raley Cowan. These children are all deceased except for Lucille and they were all raised in Lead Hill, Arkansas. I live in Russellville, Arkansas. Please contact me if I can be of any assistance.
