VICTOR JAMES RAPANOT , 46, of Pecos, died Sunday. He is survived by his mother, Celia Dominguez of Pecos; his father, Robert Rapanot and wife Margaret of Chino Hills, Calif.; son, Milo Valdez of Santa Fe; brothers, James Rapanot and wife Elizabeth of Sacramento, Calif., and David Rapanot and wife Leanne of Chino, Calif.; sisters, Roberta Ann Rapanot of Chino Hills, Calif., and Debbie Gurule of Kauai, Hawaii; and many other relatives.
