Seeking information on Ferdinan Ratzloff (B. about 1844 in Germany) and his wife Liddie (B. about 1850 in Ohio). They had at least nine children when the 1880 Federal Census was conducted in Johnson County, Iowa. Their names were - Emma, Jannah, Albert, Caroline, Lizzie, Nancey, and Sopha. Sopha is my wife's great grandmother. She married James Wilson Carothers about 1900 and they lived in Millport, Alabama until her death. Any information on any of the individuals listed above would be greatly appreciated.
