In the 1910 Census for Henry County, it lists the following:
Green D. Rayburn born abt. 1871
Effie B.
Green's mother: Sarah
William L. abt. 1893
Richard M. abt. 1895
Thomas B. abt. 1897
Sarah E. abt. 1899
Dora B. abt. 1901
Sarah abt. 1834
James T. Cacey - Boarder

When you listed the children, you didn't mention Thomas B. so I wasn't sure if you had that information or not.

I've never found a connection to the Rayburns in Middle/West Tennessee but haven't wondered if they were somehow connected to my Rayburns in East Tennessee.

Also in a later census, Green is listed as Hovie G. Rayburn and their daughter Bessie is living with them along with her husband, Frank Bennett and their children Estell, Helen Troy L. and Roy D.

Kamy Rayburn Gamble

I am looking into several Rayburn families in the Lower Oxford area of Chester county PA in the early 1800s. I believe a Rayburn married into Thomas Ewing's family in Lower Oxford twp. Any info on Reyburn or Rayburn's in Lower Oxford during this time period would be appreciated. I'm so close to tracking down our immigrant ancestor and this info may be key. TIA

Raborn/Lovelace DNA

We are searching for a direct-line male descendant of William RABORN b. abt 1784-89 in SC, and wife, Susannah Lovelace, to participate in the Rayburn (all spellings) y-DNA Project. Male descendants of William and Susannah included sons Henry (abt 1810) Benjamin Lovelace (1815) John L. (1821) William M. (1830) Joseph Elijah (1831) Elihu Allen (1833) and Simeon (abt 1834.) After many years of researching our William and Susannah Lovelace RABORN, our theory is that William was descended from Joseph RAYBURN whose will was dated 1793 in Edgefield, SC. DNA testing has already proven links to Joseph from other well-researched lines and we believe it will verify our theory. If you qualify as a direct male descendant, or if you would be willing to make a donation to help defray the cost of testing for a male relative who qualifies, please contact me at esleslie at bellsouth.net. Thanks! Evelyn Leslie
