I am looking for information on Higby (or Higbee & variations thereof) RAYNOR, who was born about 1766 in CT or NY to parents: Josiah RAYNOR and Phebe Turner. I would like to know who he married, when and anything else about their son Job RAYNOR SR. Job RAYNOR, SR married Patience Hallock. I already know my lineage goes back like this: Nathan Job, Job, Higby, Josiah , Josiah, Joseph, Thurston. I would like to complete the family line with knowing more about Higby. I am also looking for information on his great-grandson Nathan RAYNOR. Nathan was born about 1835 in the Manorville, LI area & married Edna Jane CONKLIN. Edna died after childbirth in 1883. But I cannot find any more info on Nathan. Did he remarry? Personal family knowledge says he became depressed and began to drink alcohol. Did he die from alcohol poisioning? I can't seem to locate him, but I still need to check cemetery listings. I am also looking for further information on Nathan's son- George Washington RAYNOR who married Emma RAYNOR. Did George & Emma have any children? If so, what are their names and dates of births: who are their descendants today? George Washington RAYNOR was born 1857.
