"Minnie Flower, 99, Fairbury, died Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004, at the Blue Valley Nursing Home in Hebron. She was born March 17, 1905, at Mahaska, Kan.
"Survivors: daughter, Gloria Pleis and husband Wendell of Lafayette, Calif.; son, Gary Cook and wife Sandy of Alamo, Calif.; 11 grand- children. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mary (Hajny) Razor; first husband, Albert Cook; second husband, Louie Flower.
"Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, United Methodist Church, 605 E St., Fairbury, Pastor Dean Vaughn officiating. Burial: Mahaska Cemetery, Mahaska, Kan. Memorials to family choice. Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home, Fairbury."
