This is my first time on this board and I'd just like to say hello.

I'm of the Lincoln Co., MS Redds. My patrilineage is as follows: myself, Zelmer Gordon Redd b. 1943, Zelmer Morris Redd b. 1913, Levi L. Redd b. 1887, Jabus Redd.

When it gets back to Jabus Redd it gets a little confusing. I've always been told that his name was just Jabus with no middle or other name. I've recently discovered a William Jabus Redd of the same birthdate, but it was on one of those user-contribution pages, so who knows if it's in error or not. I do know that Jabus' wife was Julia Ann Laird, also of Lincoln Co., MS.
