Looking into the REID family tree. My gg grandfather came from Islay Scotland approx. 1834 and settled in Oro outside of Orillia Ontario Canada. I am looking for his parents names.
Who may be James REID and Helen.
His name was Hugh REID 1806 - 1890 married Ellen McPhee who died in 1887.
His brother also imigrated a couple of years later Duncan REID
