This family name has changed many times, from Germany.Nikolaus came to the usa through NY, brought 2 sons, Nic birth was 1799. Math and John came with him, they are in the 1800 census for cook Coo., ILL. nothing else is known of them, from Germany there name changed as followed,Reiners to Reinard.Can not find any thing else on them, any help would be appericated.Am glad to share what i do have on the family from Germany.As time has gone on the name has ended up as Reinartz today.My Reinartz now live in SD.
