Relation, 77, of the Rooney Road in Beekmantown, died Tuesday, May 1, 2001, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.<br><br>She was born in Plattsburgh on April 2, 1924, the daughter of Horace H. and Addie (Golden) Fountain.<br><br>Thelma attended a one-room school in Beekmantown. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church in West Chazy. Thelma was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.<br><br>Thelma is survived by her husband of 57 years, Harold E. Relation of Beekmantown; six sons and four daughters-in-law, Lanny and Judy Relation of Beekmantown, Wade Relation of Beekmantown, Harold E. Relation Jr. of Saranac Lake, Dwight and Blossom Relation of West Chazy, Martin and Lori Relation of Beekmantown and Dennis and Penny Relation of Beekmantown; six daughters and four sons-in-law, Ginger Clark of Delanson, Georgia Branham of Plattsburgh, Deanne and John Dwyer of Port Kent, Sandra and Gerald Smith of West Chazy, Debra and Stephen Chilton of Ellenburg Center and Bonnie and Philip Bijeau of Plattsburgh; 23 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ellsworth and Rita Fountain of Fall River, Mass., and Otis and Betty Fountain of Beekmantown; one sister, Calista Dumont of Beekmantown; and many nieces and nephews.<br><br>Thelma was predeceased by her son, Jerry Relation; a brother, Gordon Fountain and two sisters, Barbara Beck and Thelma's twin sister, Beulah Cartier.<br><br>Calling hours will be Thursday, May 3, 2001, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. from St. Joseph's Church in West Chazy.
