Remer family tree

I have been researching my ancestors. I have the names of George L. and Julianna Remer (DOB approx. 1770) who had 12 children. This list was written by my great grandfather except my father doesn't know who they are. Children are John, Catherine, Lewis, Rebecca, William, Abraham, Isaac, Sarah, Jacob, Nancy, Margaret, and Fanny. I am trying to figure out if any of the boys here had a son whose first initial was "F" who might have had a wife Elizabeth? My family, once immigrated, started their families in New York and New Jersey. I have a hole in my tree around from 1770 - 1830. Can anyone help with this?

Dear Remer Family,

I will be 28 Aug. 21st 2008 and am searching for Pauline Remer my biological mother who gave me up for adoption in Aug. of 1980.

My biological birth namesake was [Tanya Marie]. I was born at 11:46PM at St. Mary's Hospital in Buffalo, Mn. Denny and Linda Nelson of Buffalo they were the foster parents for 6 months and adopted on April 22. 1980.

Remer, Spatholt, Tegge, Schoenbeck in Ohio

I am searching for ancestors or descendants of the Remer, Spatholt (Spadholtz, etc.) and Tegge families that immigrated in the 1860s to Northwest Ohio. They came from the area around Fiedlend close to the Baltic. Villages most significant are Roga, Bresewitz, Salow and Friedland. My great-grandparents lived in Defiance and Henry Counties in Ohio.

I am a descendant of the Remers from Germany/Wisconsin/Iowa. And I am looking for any information that can be shared about this family line.

Frederick and Sophia Remer immigrated to Wisconsin approximately in 1854. they then moved to Iowa in 1875.

They had 9 children: William, Emilie, Otto, Edward, Fred, Anna, Charles, Lydia, Franky, Emma, Louis, Benjamin, and Harry. Louis was my great grandfather.

Looking for John Remer, Hornby, NY. married Mary or Maria Franks. Buried in Steuben County NY. All histories on the family show that John went to Cincinnati, and that is the end. He is listed in other census for Hornby however.

Interment will be in the Lake Wales Cemetery."

Hey there... I'm looking to see if anyone knows of my Grandfather Rheinhold Remer. He died in 1961. I'm not sure of his birth year, I know he married Dorothy Keene and had 7 children with her. Ronald, Terry, Rick, Vickie, Ford, Reanean, and Drew (my dad). He served in WWII (so i was told) and died of cancer. He lived in Saginaw/Bridgeport, MI.... anyone have any information, it could help. My father's name was Arthur Edward Remer b.April 15, 1930- d.June of 1984. He was my Mothers second husband- and she was his second wife. He had at least 2 children with his first wife. Their names as I know them are Michael and Dwayne. Dwayne had committed suicide many years ago- but I am still trying to find Michael. He is my half-brother. Any info would be GREATLY appreciated. William Remer

My ggggrandfather was William Remer. He was born around 1840, came to the U.S. from Germany and settled in NYC. He married Caroline Beutel, also from Germany, and they had 2 children (that I know of): Johanna Louise Maria and Wilhelm Jacob Heinrich. William Remer died at the age of 30 of some sort of lung problem (can't interpret the death certificate very well). Johanna is my gggrandmother. She married William F. Bostwick and had 3 children: William, Caroline and Daisy May.

I'm curious about the Remer family. I'd like to know if William had any siblings here in the U.S.
