This has become an annual message of mine to encourage posts from Remick's with questions about their ancestors. I have been building my database of Remick's for over thirty years and am always willing to provide information to those interested and to help solve "brick wall" problems. Most of the database involves descendents of Christian Remick who first appeared in Kittery, Maine in the mid-1600's. I also have followed the families of the Remick/Remich families who settled in Minnesota and Wisconsin in the mid-1800's.

I have transcribed entries for thousands of Remick households in the US Census from 1790 through 1930 and can search these listings for your ancestors. I'll be glad to respond to any post to this board and look forward to helping everyone interested in their Remick history.
