Henry, son of Tatlock, was born in 1789, so possibly my
ancestor, Aimee Jane Rhinehart,b. 13 May,1790 (d. 17 Sept. 1872) was his sister. We had thought she was the daughter
of a Gatlock Rhinehart (Reinhart. etc.) but had heard there
was a Wm. Rhinehart as well. We also heard that Wm. might
be a brother of Gatlock, or a son, and that they both were
in the Am. Rev. I haven't verified any of this. Aimee J.
married Amos Mosher in Jan. of 1813. They had 10 children,
including my 2X great grandfather, George Washington Mosher.
Aimee Jane had a hard life, losing her husband by a drowning
incident in the Hudson River, and one of her sons to a RR
accident. One of her sons, Charles, survived the Civil War. If anyone needs any information about her line, I'd
be happy to provide it. If anyone has any more information about Gatlock/Tatlock and his descendents,
I'd be glad to learn it.

Hi, Maggie Egner is my daughter. The info you gave is 2 different Margaret. Maggie is also name Margaret. Margaret Victoria Rhinehart m. Roland Leroy Warman. Ihve the license. Margaret and Leroy adopted a girl and she is still living as of today. She was living with me for 3 years in PA until we moved to OH. Roland was born in Outcrop, PA. Margaret was born in Whitley, PA. Info from the license. Margaret died in Gans but had a Smithfield Postal Box. Roland died visiting his daughter's boyfriend of heart attack. Body was send to Smithfield and buried at Wolf's Cemetery in Point Marion, PA. His wife is buried there also but in a diffent plot than he was. Their fathers name was Fred Jackson Rinehart Bn. 10-3-1918 Died 7-1960. Married to Clara May(Mae)???(don't know her last name). We also know Fred had a sister named Margaret.
Hi Kim,
My name is Robin and I live in California. Most of the Rhineharts I have studied lived in Iowa in the 1800s. It is possible we have some relation by way of cousins back at that time. Good luck in searching. My Dad's name was Donald Rhinehart but I think at this point it is a coincidence.
Thank you for your note.
Robin

Grady was brother to my grandmother, Martha Gertrude Lindsey. Elberta's name is listed in various censuses as Alberte J or Birdie in addition to Elberta. I talked to my grandmother about this many years ago. She remembered her mother's maiden name as being either CHASTINE or CHASTAIN. I have had no luck in finding any information about her. I do have information about Grady's other siblings though if that helps. And I do remember Grady. Dearest old man you'd ever want to meet. I also discovered that Elbert's father was named Alex Rhinehart and he was married to Parena (last name unknown).
