If it would help-I see this message was posted in 2001. Our surname is Skalak and I traced it back to Surnames: Vap and Kadlec which are from the Czech Republic & Bohemia

I need some help with locating information on a Gaspar Duprel. In the book "Hacienda y Barracones Azucar y
Esclavitud en Ponce, PR (1800-1850)" by Francisco A. Scarano. On page 258 there is suppose to be information on him. Could someone who has the book please tell me what information is listed for Duprel (thank you)
