Searching for descendants of Arthur L. Richard/Richards, who was born 1915, Waco, TX to James Arthur "Jim" Richards and Mary Dean. He and his sister Nellie Frances were in orphanage in Fort Worth in early 1920s. Lived in Waco (birth to at least 1918) and Wichita Falls (1920 census) as a child with family unit. Nellie was adopted out within about 3 months (she was born 1912 in Waco). I do not believe they had any more contact with each other. Have no idea what happened to Arthur L.
