All that I know is my father Ernest Lee was born in Hinton, WV, USA in 1910. His father William Ballard was born in Beckley, WV about 1885. This is as far back that I can go now.
I have been told that my family does go back to Lord Richmond in the UK. But I have no proof. Any help you can give, anything, maybe it could get me more info.
