War Records
It seems I have paid for a subscription to Footnote, which has scans of various historical documents, I was there looking at Dawes Rolls for on a Hatton Ancestor, for which is i was able to obtain the entire packet, there was also the payment and location history for one of my Riddle Ancestors for the Revolutionary War, about 100 images worth, those items were the only ones I had looked up, but I'm sure theres more availalbe, I know my Riddle line has a number of Revolutionary War Soldiers and Civil War Soldiers which is why i'm offering assistance in this board. FYI: footnote has scanned 100% of Dawes rolls, as well as Revolutionary war records and lots of other stuff, anyway, the reason I am posting is since I have a subscription, I'll be happy to assist anyone needing something looked up, you can go to footnote . com to see what they have available, the subscription was 69.95, so I want to make good use of it. By the way, for anyone that has never seen a Dawes Roll packet, it has lots of info in it, it is basically an interview with the applicant, about a page long typed, same for each person in the applicant family, also includes birth and Marriage certificates or certifications. The packet I got was like 30 pages, it may be more or less on any given person.
