I am looking for any relatives of Stanley M Ried and his wife Ethel Gertrude Hamilton Ried. I do not know when they married. I believe they were originally from Bath Co.Ky,, not for sure though. Their children were Everett, Opal, Malcolm, Wilbur, Louis, and Robert. The only child living now is Wilbur Jeff Ried. My dad was Malcolm Ried and I know he was borned in Bath co. He later married Mary Agnes Adler. They had 5 children...Ladonna, Joyce, Stanley, Malcolm Jr, and Wanda. I know my grandfather Stanley M Ried died 9/18/1960, and my grandmother Gertrude died 1/22/1957. I do not know their birthdays, and I do not know their parents. I only know Gertrude Hamilton's mother was called Little Maw Hamilton. Stanley, Gertrude, Louis and Robert are all buried in Shelbyville Cemetary. My dad Malcolm Sr. is buried in Simpsonville Cemetary. Any info further beyond my grandparents would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.......Debbie

Winnie had a brother named George who had a daughter named Floreen Rigby who married a Joe Smith...... Will share info. Barbara

Malcolm M, Ried JR was my dad I am gald to see that someone is looking into the family tree. I have looked but been unable to find anything on my own. Mary was my grandma and Malcolm SR was grandpa my other info that has been found I would like to see if at all posible. thanks Malcolm Jason Ried

This is Aunt Debbie, amazing finding you here. How have you been? Not had the greatest luck on the Ried side, got most of my info from Uncle Jeff years ago. Did find lots on the Thompson name. (which if memory serves me, was on papa ried's mom's side) been a while since I have searched, most of my info is packed up. But if need more I can track it down. Good to hear from you. Please get back w/me and maybe we can keep in touch.

Hi there I have been doing good. I got my CDL and am out the road driving across the states. I have been doing this for about a year now. I just wonder why I did not do this sooner. I now that dad would be happy for me. I now that I really like it out on the road, and pretty good at it. I will keep in touch. I do not get home much but I do at least have my computer to stay in touch with everyone.
