Among John and Louise (RIGHT) BELCHER's children was Eva Belle BELCHER who married Homer BROWN in Clay County, West Virginia in 1897. I found the names of Eva's parents on a death certificate index at this website under Clay County, WV:

It says her mother was "Louise RIGHT" and her dad was "John BELCHER." Eva's age at the time of death was "64y 11m 26d." Unfortunately I could not get a scanned copy of her death certificate to pop up on that site that has so many others available.
