The handwriting on the probate papers of her mother, Martha A. Cummings, is uncertain as to the spelling of Riffle, etc. Susan was born bef. 1849, and lived in 1872 in Selma, Alabama. She is my great-grandaunt, and I'd like to find her descendants. Susan's sister, Ellen Virginia Cummings McCracken is my great-grandmother. I found this Cummings family through a search of the McCracken name in the Genealogical Dept. of the Public Library of Lowndes County, Mississippi.
