Just wanted to say that my father was Chester Arthur Risner and His dad was George Washington Risner, his mother was Lou Etta Williams, all from Texas. Also the Risners have the Pattons as well as Giffords in the family. Silvia Gifford was married to Theadore Risner brother of Chester Risner (my Dad) Also the Baggetts are our relatives.
