Carrickmacross Parish was largely the Estate of Evelyn P. Shirley, The Earl of Essex. The Lossetts School was established by Shirley and in 1918 Thomas C. Storey was Schoolmaster there and married Annie Rixson.
They had several children - George Seymour, Harold Rex, etc I wonder what happened to them afterwards. Did they emigrate to the U.S. or Australia.
