I am a descendant of Martin Rizer of Cumberland, MD. I have a fair amount of material relating to him, his ancestors and his descendants. I also have a copy of the newspaper article reporting the tearing down of the Black Horse Tavern in Cumberland, which I believe his father built and operated.
