Surnames: Rizer, Kortz, Counts
Roseanna Rizer married J. B. Kortz (or Courts), 29 Dec 1852, in Allegany Co. However, I have been unable to follow this couple in the 1860 census or the land records. Does anyone have any info or insight on the Kortz family? Or J. B. Kortz specifically. Of course it would help if I knew his first name.
