I have made many posts on this person, and maybe this additional information will help.
I am looking for "Joseph Rainey Robertson, b. 1760-1780 in Scotland". This is not enough to go on, but a kind soul sent me some information that may help in the search.
What I got was the following:
Joseph Robertson, male, christening 17 Mar 1776, Rhynie and Essie, Aberdeen, Scotland.
Parents Joseph Robertson m Agnis (sp.?) Pirie
Siblings of Joseph possibly:
Helen, Female Christening 19 Dec 1781 Rhynie and Essie, Aberdeen, Scotland
William Male Christening 27 Feb 1774 Rhynie and Essie, Aberdeen, Scotland
Ann Female Christening 20 May 1772 Rhynie and Essie, Aberdeen, Scotland
Agnus (Agnes?) Female Christening 08 Mar 1780 Rhynie and Essie, Aberdeen, Scotland
Does this help anyone researching the "Robertson’s of Scotland? Hopefully someone will tie in, and have more information on Joseph and his parents. I’m bruised all over from the "stone wall"
Joseph married Susannah Johnson Nov 24th 1795 in Madison Co., KY
Their son Johnson is my line, and I have siblings of Johnson, and descendants to me of the line
