This day came the parties by their attys & thereupon came also a jury , to wit,
Thomas Spencer, Dannett Abney, David Lawson, Thomas Watkins, John Lewis, John Bentley, Joseph Ashbee, Tully Choice, John Morton, WIlliam Hall, John Talbot, Henry DIxson, & Benjamin Potter
who say Defts do owe Plts L26.3.2.1/2

and therefore it is adjudged that the Plt recover against sd Defts their debt aforesaid
And it is ordered that Peniah Smith who married Thomas Robinson have the benefit of this judgement.

In my opinion Thomas Robertson is the one that died in Caswell Co so I put him like that but I don't have anymore about him
