Have to jump in here after reading all the latest messages for "Rocklin". Leah, my grandfather Philip (Pinchas) Rocklin, also emigrated from Russia in 1903, and also settled in Duluth, MN, AND also had a brother there named Morris (Maishe), AND a sister, Maryashe (Mary? Miriam?). Do you have names of your g-gfather's other relatives in Duluth? Our family is also Jewish. I can't help thinking that there is a thread somewhere that connects our families, but, so far, can't link it up. There is a website titled "Jews of Duluth", written by Len Traubman, who left Duluth as a young man, and now is retired from the dental profession and living in northern California.
