I am seeking information on a Dr Rodecker who resided in the Indianapolis area during the 1920s-1930s period. He and his wife took in a foster child and raised her. Her name was Pauline Smith. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Pauline would have been with them from about 1928 or so until 1942 when she married at age 21.
